- Reception and guidance: Receiving communications and messages from customers or employees and responding to their inquiries professionally
- Problem solving: diagnosing technical or service problems, and providing immediate solutions or escalating them to the competent authorities
- Records management: documenting all reports and complaints and updating customer data and the status of requests
- Technical support (if available): Assistance in installing software, configuring hardware, and resolving network and system problems
- Service Improvement: Collect customer or employee feedback and make suggestions to improve the quality of internal work
Requirements:
Work may require traveling between project sites and monitoring operations on the ground
Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards
Good organization and ability to plan in advance
Excellent communication skills and coordination with multiple teams
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
A valid driver’s license (if work requires transportation)
