Job Description:
The program aims to train the graduate in government relations work, and provide him with practical experience in following up on government transactions, coordinating with relevant authorities, and using electronic government platforms, to ensure that procedures are completed in accordance with the approved rules and regulations, under the supervision of the competent administration.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Assisting in following up and completing transactions with government agencies
- Follow up on the issuance and renewal of licences, permits and certificates
- Using electronic government platforms and completing the required services
- Coordination with government agencies regarding the company’s transactions
- Preparing and processing the documents required for government transactions
- Archiving and organizing government relations files and documents
- Preparing periodic reports on government transactions
- Follow up on the expiration dates of licenses and permits and ensure their renewal
- Cooperating with internal departments to meet the requirements of government agencies
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor in a manner consistent with the training objectives
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, public administration, law, or a related specialty
The applicant must be eligible to join the Tamheer program and has not previously benefited from the Tamheer program (according to the program’s controls)
Full time during the training period
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
Organization and time management skills
High communication and coordination skills
Speed of learning and ability to deal with electronic systems
Reporting and document preservation skills
Commitment to appointments and maintaining the confidentiality of information
