- Providing immediate technical support to employees to ensure business continuity, while managing systems and servers, and digital supervision of the company’s accounts, projects, and communication platforms.
- Solve hardware, network, and software problems for employees (in person or remotely)
- Follow up on the progress of projects through the cloud systems and the company’s approved CRM to ensure that the data is updated
