Tasks and responsibilities:
• Managing payroll operations and reviewing them periodically
• Preparing and updating employment contracts via the (Qiwa) platform
• Follow up on work permits and residency via (Muqeem)
• Coordination with Social Insurance (GOSI)
• Managing and updating employee data and files
• Supporting human resources operations (recruitment, directing, terminating services)
• Preparing periodic reports related to human resources
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and the Saudi labor system
Requirements:
4 to 5 years of experience in HR operations
Practical knowledge of systems: (Qawi, Resident, Social Insurance, Madad)
Good knowledge of the Saudi labor system and its executive regulations
High organization skills and accuracy in details
Ability to manage time and work under pressure
Effective communication skills and working within a team
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel)
Proficiency in Arabic, preferably a good level of English
