Tasks and responsibilities:
- Receiving and welcoming customers in a professional manner
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or live attendance
- Addressing complaints and comments and working to resolve them in accordance with company policies
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure that they are completed as required
- Registering customer data and updating it in approved systems
- Coordination with other departments to meet customer needs
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys when needed
- Preparing periodic reports related to customer service
- Maintaining a high level of service quality and adhering to company standards
