- Managing and implementing daily human resources operations (recruitment, appointment, termination)
- Preparing and implementing recruitment plans and attracting talent
- Use LinkedIn and recruitment platforms to search for qualified candidates
- Conducting interviews and initial evaluation of candidates
- Managing employee data through the “Jisr” program and updating it constantly
- Applying human resources policies and procedures in accordance with approved systems
- Follow up on compliance with work systems and internal regulations
- Preparing periodic reports on human resources
- Supporting various departments with their recruitment and development needs
Requirements:
Qualified in human resources or management
Knowledge of using LinkedIn
Knowledge of using Bridge software
A resident of Jeddah
