Tasks and job description:
- Search and identify potential customers: search for new customers, classify them, and set priorities for communicating with them
- Communication and Presentation: Communicate with customers (by phone or in person), understand their problems and needs, and provide compelling, personalized offers that highlight the benefits of the product/service.
- Negotiating and closing deals: Negotiating prices and terms and successfully closing sales
- Building relationships: maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and increase opportunities for future sales (up-sell/up-sell)
- Achieving goals: Working to achieve monthly, quarterly or annual sales quotas
- After-sales follow-up: ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any complaints or problems
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales, territory performance, competitor activity, and customer needs to management
Additional tasks:
- Market and competitor analysis: monitoring prices, new products and market trends
- Social media account management
Requirements:
