Job description:
1. Administrative and organizational support:
Preparation and drafting of technical and financial offers
Follow up the speaking speeches (Po 'and save their copies with contracts and correspondence
Preparing Prequality files and the required documents for each homeless
- BoQ - Bill of Quantity and the plans sent from customers and link them to the offers made
Coordination between the sales department and other departments (financial, stores, purchases, implementation)
2. Follow -up with customers and projects:
- Follow up the status of offers made by customers and contractors, and to register the status of each offer (under study, negotiation, rejected, accredited)
Arrange meetings and calls with project managers, consultants and main customers
- Preparing a weekly/monthly follow -up report that clarifies the state of projects and offers under implementation
Follow up the state of bills and payments in coordination with the Finance Department
3. Customer Service (B2B Projects):
- Receiving and transferring customer inquiries to the competent departments
- Follow -up requests for modifications or notes from consultants and contractors until they are answered
Ensure that all official documents and responses are delivered to the specified dates
Follow up the status of projects after awarding and recording its schedule
4. Operating support:
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management, including the value of offers, projects
- Customer and Projects Database (CRM or Excel) is constantly updated
Keep and archive official correspondence with customers and consultants (EMAILS / Letters)
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the project sector (contracting, consulting, manufacturing, or suppliers)
  • Master MS Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint) or CRM/ERP systems
  • Fluency in preparing and formulating official offers and correspondence in both languages ​​(Arabic and English)
  • The ability to work under the pressure of appointments
  • Knowing the basic technical terms of the project sector
  • High skills in coordination and follow -up
