Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule delivery routes based on the volume of orders and driver availability
- Assign and dispatch drivers to specific delivery locations, ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and in a timely manner
- Monitor order status and delivery progress, proactively addressing any delays or issues that arise
- Communicate with drivers and provide them with all necessary information, including delivery instructions and customer contact details
- Maintain accurate records of all delivery activities, including driver-partner logs, delivery reports, and customer comments
Requirements:
Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics role is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent ability to communicate and solve problems
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
