Duties of the warehouse and warehouse manager:
- Manage the warehouse strategically in accordance with company policies and vision.
- Supervising receiving, storage, distribution and maintenance operations
- Planning the setup and ensuring optimal use of available spaces
- Coordination and follow-up on the good implementation of operational policies
- Adherence to all requirements of storage and shipping legislation
- Providing the production department or other departments with all daily orders

- Establishing identification cards for warehouses and the contents of each warehouse
- Building a database about the assets or locations of goods in each warehouse
- Ensure that you use the first-in, first-out method
- Receiving and arranging the goods properly to avoid damage or breakage
- Managing and organizing warehouse workers’ time and training them
- Maintaining the cleanliness of warehouses and ensuring easy access to goods
- Preparing plans for warehouses and locations of goods
- Ensure the presence of safety devices or fire extinguishers
- Optimal use of available space in warehouses
- Maintaining health, safety, hygiene and security standards
- Manage inventory control using various data storage programs
- Preparing the annual budget and communicating with customers, suppliers and transportation companies
- Prepare a work plan, assign tasks appropriately, and evaluate results
- Supervising the selection and recruitment of competencies and providing appropriate training and motivation to employees
- Preparing reports and statistics periodically, such as entry and exit reports and reports of available quantities
- Cooperating with the Quality Department and following up on quality observations
