• Determines development requirements based on a study of the company’s needs, and sets the necessary plans to achieve the required development
• Follow up the operation of the applied systems, evaluate their efficiency, supervise the analysis of the needs of the departments using these systems, and develop plans to secure these needs.
• Determine the specifications of alternative solutions and the necessary additions and updates
• Study and analyze the operating problems of the systems used and develop radical solutions to prevent their recurrence
• Follow up on the efficiency of the operation of computers, information networks, and printing devices and verify their suitability to all requirements
• Follow up on repairing faults as quickly as possible and work to reduce faults to a minimum
• Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards, and other various devices)
• System monitoring and network performance monitoring
• Troubleshooting and recovering data
• Constant knowledge of all developments in the field of technology and information technology
