- Supervising, coordinating and delivering guest services at the front desk, including reservation, check-in and check-out
- Maintaining a list of reservations, and providing the necessary paper records
- Urging to raise the level of customer service and satisfaction, and following up on disputes and complaints
- Urging the implementation of the compound’s policies and procedures
- Form and maintain strong business relationships with other parties, such as travel and reservations agencies
- Reviewing the compound’s prices and organizing invoices accordingly
