Responsibilities:
• Updating and being informed of everything new in the field of agriculture inside the halls around the world, and providing the administration with it constantly, in addition to specialized exhibitions
• Develop developmental training programs, determine the educational needs of the workforce, identify appropriate notes, set performance standards and monitor them on an ongoing basis
• Establishing a fair training and evaluation mechanism for project workers, on the basis of which contracts are renewed and benefits or promotions increased.
• Establishing an evaluation mechanism for new workers during the probationary period that determines their suitability for work or not
• Participate in setting appropriate mechanisms to manage the working hours of workers, coordinate work schedules, distribute activities and responsibilities between supervisors and workers according to work requirements and without resorting to overtime work.
• Full access to previous production plans and their evaluation in terms of production quantities, quality of products
• Assisting the financial department and marketing department in calculating the cost centers for labor and fertilization through production processes in order to assist in selecting the appropriate agricultural decisions as well as the appropriate products
• Assessing the current situation of the food and fertilizing program for crops, developing the proposed nutritional plan and providing the administration with all the observations
• Evaluation and continuous study of the environmental control inside the greenhouses and its full evaluation. (Monthly or quarterly evaluation)
• Seeing and evaluating the mechanisms of transporting, sorting and storing products
• Follow-up of the harvest operations, the method of taking it out of the greenhouse, and the dates of harvest, in coordination with the Marketing Department
• Follow up the agricultural operations from cleaning the plant periodically and in an orderly manner while ensuring that no agricultural residues are thrown except in their designated places outside the project
• Ensuring the production of products with the highest health specifications, ensuring full compliance with the highest quality standards and international specifications
• Commitment to achieving the production rate agreed upon from the beginning of each season with the management
• Constant upgrading of quality standards, monitoring and evaluation of products and individuals throughout the year
• Developing and improving the quality of production and raising the level of performance by adding and modifying agricultural programs for continuous development
• High professionalism and complete confidentiality for all work mechanisms and levels of achievement achieved
• Follow-up on employment times, their work and outside work, and review it continuously with human resources and deliver it every month
Submit a comprehensive monthly report to the direct manager that contains all project details, work level and achievement, and includes: monthly evaluation of employment, evaluation of problems and proposal of solutions
Other responsibilities:
• Continuously maintain the drippers and ensure that the plants are evenly irrigated
• Monitor temperature and humidity accurately every hour, as well as humidity, heaters, and the efficiency of their work
• Follow up on tying and cutting branches in a very organized and scheduled manner and not leaving or neglecting any of them
• Follow up fans and cooling cells and their efficiency and report any observations in them to maintenance immediately
• Observing any diseases on the plant permanently and not to neglect the health of the plant and its permanent protection
• Measure salinity and irrigation on a permanent basis, as well as the salinity of the cooling tanks periodically and the quantities of water reaching each plant evenly every week
• Reviewing and maintaining doors and following them up with maintenance on a permanent basis
• Ensure that doors to projects and control units are permanently closed and that they are closed before leaving the project
• Ensure that there is no power outage during the peak and close follow-up to the project at these times and ensure that some supervisors are placed during these times
• Follow up on vaccinations on a daily basis, scheduled and organized
• Make a schedule of regular spraying operations and adhere to them to coordinate with sales, as well as take down the plant
• Receiving the sprinklers and delivering them properly to the workshop after completion
• Ensure permanent sterilization of doors and plows, as well as workers inside homes
