Managing customer accounts and sales activities.
- Developing commercial relations for the existing accounts and working on finding new accounts to increase the quantity and quality of sales.
Coordination and follow-up of the sales process and after-sales services.
Preparing presentations, summary of customer visits, quotations, reports and other forms.
Dealing with calls, inquiries and e-mails received from clients with full clarification of any information requested.
Ensure that the operations are proceeding as planned and completed in line with the required quality standards.
Preparing reports showing the expected sales volume during a specific period of time and comparing it to the required sales goal.
- Meet the needs of customers and work to gain their satisfaction.
- Achieving the material and moral sales objective agreed with the management during the specified time period.
Provide information and reports on customer accounts to the marketing team.
Working on developing and updating customer databases permanently and continuously.
Track market news, competitors, and media, and provide reports upon request.
Provide a clear and comprehensive sales plan.
- Trying to know the methods of decision-making and its mechanism for clients and understand the nature of work and its requirements for them.
Establishing and developing clear business process models.
Writing work progress reports periodically.
Performing any similar duties within the scope of the job description at the request of the department.
Coordination with the various departments in completing the work, each according to his specialization.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar
