Job description:
- Organize office files
- Monitoring the time management and schedule of direct managers / managers
- Supervising the work of receptionist and reporter
- Follow up the implementation of various administrative decisions issued by the Director / Direct Managers
- Preparation of weekly management meetings such as follow-up reports of real estate during the week and work schedule with the sales manager and processing minutes and distribution of meetings.
- Processing of daily mail (notes, circulars, administrative documents, transaction reports, notes and letters of property management and collection data ... etc.
- Preparation, preparation and printing of official letters between sales representatives, customers and other companies.
- Receive and respond to faxes after submission to the sales manager and sales representatives.
- Supervising job applications for new employees who wish to join the company and arrange interviews with the sales manager.
- Assistance in the processing of training materials.
- Making personal brochures for sales representatives.
- Follow-up of the administrative tasks related to the annual employee holidays and setting goals .. Etc.
- Preparing books to introduce new sales representatives to different institutions and companies.
- Follow up listing data with sales representatives and introduce and update listings received from marketing representatives on a continuous basis.
- Preparing marketing contracts (exclusive / rental) as needed and developing formulas.
- The processing of leases with the company's clients and follow up with sales representatives until the completion and signing of contracts between the parties concerned.
- Monitor, receive and deliver the digital camera between the sales representatives and download the images on the computer and then processing the property description reports to be presented to customers.
- Do whatever is required of him to the limits of his knowledge and abilities.
- Follow up maintenance contracts between the company and maintenance companies that maintain the equipment and machines of the company.
