- Manage products, categories, prices, inventory and promotions
- Follow up on orders and improve the customer experience within the store
- Linking and dealing with shipping companies and payment gateways
- Preparing and following up reports and analyzing store performance and sales
- Improving product pages and increasing the conversion rate
- Solve technical and operational problems related to the store
- Managing campaigns, seasons and commercial offers
Requirements:
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage on-site work teams
At least 5 years of experience in the field of e-commerce
Good knowledge of offers, coupons, marketing campaigns and e-commerce tools
Preferably those who have experience in SEO for online stores - Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center - Meta Pixel and advertising tools.
