- Supervising the operation of vehicles and machinery and ensuring their optimal use according to the needs of the projects
- Implementing plans and programs for operating vehicles and machinery
- Coordination with project departments and sites to ensure the timely provision of vehicles and machinery
- Follow up on the readiness of vehicles and machinery and distribute them according to operating priorities
- Follow up on the receipt and delivery of vehicles, machinery and equipment according to the approved forms and procedures
- Follow up on the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance work according to the approved timetables
- Receiving reports of malfunctions, following up on their diagnosis and repair, and ensuring that vehicles return to service
- Coordination to provide spare parts and materials needed for maintenance work to ensure speedy completion
- Follow up the work of internal workshops or external parties and ensure the quality of maintenance work
- Preparing the necessary reports on recurring malfunctions and appropriate recommendations for equipment and vehicles
- Supervising drivers and following up on their compliance with regulations, instructions and company policies
- Follow up on issuing and renewing driving licenses for drivers and ensuring their validity
- Follow up on vehicle driving authorization and ensure that the necessary authorizations are issued to all authorized drivers
- Follow up on drivers’ violations, determine responsibility in coordination with the competent authorities, and submit a recommendation regarding bearing the value of the violation, whether from the driver or the company, in accordance with the approved regulations.
- Follow up on the implementation of all regular services for vehicles and machinery
