- A customer service employee is required to work in Riyadh - Al-Takhasosi district
- Working hours: from 10 am to 6 pm
- Weekly holiday (Friday)
Tasks:
- Answering customer calls and receiving their inquiries
- Updating customer data
- Providing support to customers via phone, and responding to inquiries
- Preparing daily reports on calls and requests upon request
Requirements:
Diploma or high school qualification
Ability to communicate effectively
