- Opportunity hunting: Search and reach contracting companies, real estate developers, and consulting offices
Field presence: Visiting project sites under construction to determine their needs for aluminum, glass, and metal works
- Closing deals: the ability to read and understand technical drawings, assist in submitting price offers by clarifying the specifications and works required of the client (in coordination with the engineering team), and negotiating to sign contracts.
- Effective follow-up: Coordination with the installation team to ensure delivery with the required quality, and follow up on the collection of financial dues
Requirements:
Previous experience in aluminum, glass or building materials sales, with the ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings for projects
At least two years of work experience in sales of aluminum, glass facades, or finishing materials (B2B)
High ability to communicate and negotiate with contractors and consultants to close deals and build long-term partnerships
Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings for projects
Passion and determination to achieve the sales target (Target)
Possessing a driving license and a car for continuous transportation between project sites
