- Preparing operational plans, and distributing labor and equipment on paths or work areas effectively
- Follow up on the progress of cleaning work, and ensure that field teams adhere to the schedule and instructions
- Supervising the maintenance of cleaning machinery and equipment, and managing the inventory of cleaning and safety tools
- Conducting inspection tours and following up on performance indicators to ensure the achievement of cleanliness goals and improving the urban appearance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or any related discipline
Proven practical experience in managing public hygiene, operation and maintenance, or municipal services projects
High skills in leadership, organization, and managing large work teams
