- A pricing engineer (Saudi nationality) is required to work for Alpha Arabia in Riyadh
Job duties:
- Providing general administrative support and support for the office’s work when needed, which includes managing and completing the company’s registrations, qualifying it with clients, and registering it with various entities, suppliers and relevant platforms.
- Preparing and preparing technical offers and commercial offers for tenders and price offers
- Review plans, technical specifications, and project requirements
- Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and pricing schedules
- Request and compare quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
- Preserving and organizing pricing and project documents accurately
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, subcontractors and customers to ensure timely submission of offers and quotations
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture or any related discipline
New graduates or candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in pricing, bid preparation or proposal preparation are welcomed.
Experience in contracting, finishing, or electromechanical (MEP) projects is preferred.
Familiarity with bills of quantities (BOQs), tender documents, and reading engineering drawings is preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in using AutoCAD
Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written
Highly skilled in using equations, preparing tables, analyzing data, and preparing quotations
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks at the same time, and meet deadlines
