• Responsibility for supervising and managing the export sales and business activities of the company
• Managing and developing international business in various countries
• Managing relationships with international customers, agents and distributors, negotiating contracts, and participating in tenders (either with agents or independently)
• Coordinating shipments and resolving any problems that may arise during the export process
• Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and expand the company's presence in international markets
• Collect payments from agents, distributors and international customers according to agreed terms, with effective follow-up of both payments and business
• Identify potential customers to enter new markets and build strong relationships
• Promote products in international markets by participating in trade shows and conferences related to the products
• Coordinate with agent and distributor sales teams to enhance marketing initiatives and increase export sales. Also, work on advertising and marketing to improve the company's reputation in global markets
• Handle product pricing strategies based on the Minimum Selling Price (MSP) set by management
• Traveling to visit agents and distributors in various countries when needed
• Performing any other work related to the job
