Tasks and responsibilities:
- التواصل مع العملاء لتنسيق وحجز مواعيد الخدمات بما يتناسب مع احتياجاتهم
- تأكيد المواعيد وإعادة جدولتها عند الحاجة
- Follow up with customers after providing the service to ensure the quality of the service provided and measure their level of satisfaction
- Recording customer evaluation results and documenting observations, complaints and suggestions in the approved system
- رفع الملاحظات والشكاوى إلى الجهات المختصة ومتابعة معالجتها حتى إغلاقها
Requirements:
It is preferable to have previous experience, even if simple, in customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to deal with customers professionally and tactfully
Good level of English (spoken)
