Job description:
Tasks and responsibilities:
- التواصل مع العملاء لتنسيق وحجز مواعيد الخدمات بما يتناسب مع احتياجاتهم
- تأكيد المواعيد وإعادة جدولتها عند الحاجة
- Follow up with customers after providing the service to ensure the quality of the service provided and measure their level of satisfaction
- Recording customer evaluation results and documenting observations, complaints and suggestions in the approved system
- رفع الملاحظات والشكاوى إلى الجهات المختصة ومتابعة معالجتها حتى إغلاقها
Requirements:
  • It is preferable to have previous experience, even if simple, in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to deal with customers professionally and tactfully
  • Good level of English (spoken)
