Job Description:
- Managing digital facilities management systems, ensuring the quality of asset data, following up on work orders, and preparing performance indicators and reports, to support the efficiency of facility management operations and data-based decision-making.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing the governance framework for computerized facilities management systems (CAFM Governance Framework)
- Follow up on the performance of work orders and ensure data accuracy
- Manage and update the asset database and ensure data integrity
- Review preventive maintenance (PPM) plans and follow up on commitment to their implementation
- Preparing performance indicator boards (KPIs) and monthly reports
- Analyzing and following up on corrective maintenance trends (Reactive Maintenance)
- Verifying the validity of the data entered by contractors on the CAFM system
- Develop performance reports and analyzes to support decision making
- Asset Lifecycle Management support
- Manage Project Management System (PMIS) reports and project information
- Coordinate workflow within CAFM systems and contribute to improving and developing the systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Facilities Management
At least 10 years of experience using and managing CAFM systems
Experience with IBM Maximo, Oracle Unifier or similar facilities management and project management systems (PMIS)
Ability to develop and improve systems and support continuous improvement
Language requirements:
