Job Description:
- Lead the facilities management contract and act as the main point of contact with the company regarding governance, contractor performance monitoring, reporting, project management, and strategic aspects of facilities management.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Leading the implementation of the facilities management contract and supervising the implementation of governance requirements
- Manage coordination and communication with the client and stakeholders
- Lead contractor performance reviews against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels (SLAs)
- Chairing governance meetings and operational meetings
- Review risks, budgets, reports and corrective action plans
- Supervising the governance of equipment, rehabilitation and renovation projects (Fit-out & Renovation)
- Coordination between the on-site work team, external support teams, and specialized audit service providers
- Approving monthly reports, dashboards, and performance reports
- Leading business continuity plans and ensuring operational readiness
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or facilities management, preferably with a specialization in civil engineering or architecture
At least 18 years of experience in facilities management
At least 8 years of experience in a management position
Experience managing large real estate portfolios and operating and managing multiple sites
One of the following professional certifications is required: PMP, FMP, CFM, or PgMP
