- Sales specialists are required to work in the cities of Riyadh and Jubail
Tasks:
- Receiving and welcoming customers
- Helping customers provide products that meet their needs and desires
- Promoting and marketing the company’s products and convincing customers of them
- Listening to customer complaints and dealing with them in order to achieve their satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions to them
- Organizing, arranging and cleaning the products on the shelves according to the established mechanisms
- Adding price stickers to the products and ensuring their conformity
- Inspecting and verifying the expiry date of the offered products
- Inform the supervisor of any shortage of products
- Submitting customer requests for unavailable products
- Being close to the customer to fulfill his request and answer his inquiries
- Inventorying products and ensuring they comply with the system
- Training new employees on the basics of selling and customer service if ordered to do so by the branch manager
- Distributing offer posters on products and marketing them to customers
