Recruitment and recruitment:
- Preparing and designing job advertisements and publishing them on recruitment platforms
- Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews for candidates
- Negotiating job offers, finalizing recruitment procedures, and preparing contracts
Personnel and data management processes:
- Entering and updating employee data in the human resources system
- Follow up on attendance and departure records, vacations, and absences
- Preparing employment letters, salary information, and experience certificates
Wages and compensation:
- Coordination with the Financial Department to prepare and calculate monthly payrolls
- Calculating allowances, incentives, and overtime, in addition to end-of-service rewards
- Managing health insurance and social insurance files
Training, performance development and needs identification:
- Evaluating employees’ performance and providing feedback in coordination with managers
- Participate in designing and implementing training programs to develop employees’ skills
Compliance and update:
- Implement and update the internal policies and procedures manual
- Ensuring the facility’s compliance with labor laws and local legislation
Requirements:
Diploma qualification or higher
At least one year of recent experience in human resources
Experience working on government platforms
