Job brief:
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, scheduling meetings, and helping to drive
business growth.
- This position is remote, but you will be required to attend office meetings in Dammam or Khobar as needed.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
- Engage in effective communication to understand customer needs and present our services.
- Schedule meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
- Maintain a detailed log of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and meetingsset.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
Must be a Saudi national
Located in Dammam or Khobar
Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field
Good skills in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently from home, with a reliable internet connection
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to attend regular office meetings
