Tasks and responsibilities:
- Implement and update occupational safety and health policies and procedures in accordance with the Kingdom’s regulations
- Conduct Risk Assessment for all work activities and sites
- Follow up on emergency, evacuation and accident response plans
- Carrying out daily field inspection tours inside work sites
- Follow up on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Supervising the safety of equipment and machinery on site
- Immediate response to accidents and management of emergency situations in the field
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Preparing and implementing training and awareness programs (Toolbox Talks – Induction)
- Carrying out evacuation experiments and measuring emergency preparedness
- Proactively dealing with Ejada Company and the project coordination offices in the secretariats to deal with the observations before they are converted into official violations, and proposing immediate solutions in the field to avoid them.
- Keeping and documenting all safety records and constantly updating data
- Ensuring full compliance with Saudi regulations and regulatory requirements
- Coordination with government and service agencies (secretariats - civil defense - traffic - service companies)
- Follow up on municipal and regulatory violations (such as Ejada and Secretariats Company), analyze their causes, develop corrective and preventive measures to avoid their recurrence, and communicate early with the competent authorities to avoid escalation of violations.

NEBOSH – IOSH – OSHA – ISO 45001 certificates
