- Building a database of current and prospective customers with their data, addresses, and phone numbers
- Contacting customers or visiting them to promote products (goods and services), submit sales offers, and review their specifications and competitive advantage.
- Verifying prices and granting discounts within the authorized authority
- Completing the sales process, issuing the invoice, and collecting the amount
- Collecting customer debts, registering them, documenting them, and submitting them to the Finance Department
- Preparing, submitting, documenting and archiving work reports
