- Providing advice about the menu
- Ensuring that the service runs smoothly from the moment of seating until departure, reflecting the high standards of the institution
- Presenting the food and drinks menu and explaining its contents in a professional manner
- Accurately taking orders and delivering them immediately to the kitchen or bar
- Follow up on guests’ satisfaction during dining and respond immediately to any comments
- Answer guests' questions about ingredients and food allergies
