Job Description:
The program aims to train the graduate in accounting and financial work, and to provide him with practical experience in preparing accounting entries, following up on financial operations, and participating in preparing financial reports, under the supervision of the financial management team.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Recording daily accounting entries in accordance with approved policies
- Assist in preparing monthly bank reconciliations
- Review invoices and financial documents and ensure their completeness
- Follow up on customer and supplier accounts
- Contributing to the preparation of periodic financial reports
- Assist in preparing financial statements and files when needed
- Archiving and organizing accounting documents and records
- Entering financial data into the accounting system
- Cooperating with other departments regarding financial documents
- Implementing any other accounting tasks assigned by the direct supervisor in a manner consistent with the training objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
Familiarity with one of the accounting systems is preferred
Ability to learn and develop continuously
Good skills in analysis, accuracy, organization and working within a team
Registration in the Tamheer program and the applicant must meet the program conditions
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
