• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job advertisement to recruitment completion
• Preparing employment contracts and official documents for new employees
• Develop and update policies and procedures related to human resources
• Supervising the attendance and leave system and vacation management
• Supporting the annual performance evaluation process and developing development plans
• Coordination with relevant government agencies (Ministry of Human Resources, GOSI, etc.)
• Managing employee files and maintaining data confidentiality
• Contributing to achieving the goals of Nitaqat and localization of jobs (Saudization)
• Providing support and guidance to employees in human resources related inquiries
• Preparing periodic reports on human resources performance indicators
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in the field of human resources
Full knowledge of the Saudi labor system and the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources
Proficiency in Arabic and English, written and spoken
Advanced skills in using MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work accurately and professionally under pressure
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
