- Preparing, reviewing and negotiating contracts and following up on their implementation to ensure the legal and administrative compliance of all parties in order to protect the rights of the employer, reduce contractual risks and accelerate the cycle of awarding and awarding tenders.
- Contract drafting: Preparing and reviewing contract clauses, amendment annexes, and change orders in accordance with internal laws and regulations
- Follow-up and compliance: Monitoring the performance of suppliers and contractors, and verifying their compliance with conditions and specifications
- Tender management: supporting the tender process, receiving offers, analyzing them, participating in the award and preparing award letters
- Dispute Resolution: Processing claims, applying fines (when needed), and resolving any contractual disputes in coordination with the Legal Department
