- Managing and operating the car rental branch on a daily basis
- Follow up on reservations and rental contracts and ensure their accuracy
- Supervising branch employees and distributing tasks
- Follow up on the car fleet in terms of readiness and maintenance
- Dealing with customers and solving problems and complaints
- Preparing periodic reports on performance and sales
- Working to achieve sales goals and increase revenues
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the field of car rental
Experience managing teams and operational processes
Proficiency in using computers and rental operational systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Arabic, preferably proficiency in English
Ability to work under pressure and make decisions
Language requirements:
English-good
