- Supervising the daily workflow in the branch
- Follow up on leasing operations and ensure that the company’s policies are implemented
- Managing and following up on branch employees and evaluating their performance
- Follow up on the movement of vehicles, their delivery and receipt
- Dealing with customers and resolving complaints and operational problems
- Preparing daily and monthly reports for management
- Working to achieve the branch’s operational and sales goals
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the field of car rental
Previous experience in supervising and managing work teams
Good knowledge of car rental systems and software
Familiarity with relevant government platforms
Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs
Ability to handle work pressure and make appropriate decisions
Language requirements:
