- Managing all company devices (computers, laptops, printers, fingerprint devices)
- Preparing and equipping new employees with devices, accounts, and powers
- Managing networks, the Internet, and branches and connecting them
- Managing email systems and employee accounts
- Managing mobile phones, work numbers and their applications
- Managing cameras, surveillance and recording systems
- Managing licenses and programs used in the company
- Data backup and recovery plans
- Follow up and negotiate with technology companies and suppliers
- Document all technical systems, settings and procedures
- Establishing cybersecurity and data protection policies
- Planning for future expansion of branches and systems
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure and information technology management
Experience in: (Microsoft 365 - Active Directory - Windows Server - Networking (Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti or equivalent) - VPN and branch connectivity - IP Cameras & NVR Systems - Backup Solutions - Cybersecurity Basics - Technology Assets Management (IT Assets)
Experience in dealing with technical and communications service providers
The ability to establish an information technology department from scratch
Experience in building policies and procedures
Ability to manage technical projects
Good communication skills with different departments
