Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field
At least 7 years of experience in real estate property management and development
Proven experience in increasing returns and revenue
Familiarity with real estate and tax systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Ability to prepare accurate financial and administrative reports
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
Deep knowledge of the market and trends
Degree in Management/Real Estate (preferred)
Experience in the Owners Union Association
