- Lead, direct and manage all human resources and administrative affairs operations in the company
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support overall business objectives, work environment development, talent management, and ensure full compliance with government laws and regulations and local labor laws.
- Dealing with payroll and digital employee management systems (HRMS) to reduce paper transactions
- Supervising payroll processes (wage protection) and implementing performance evaluations (KPIs)
