- Receiving materials and spare parts and ensuring their compliance with purchase orders and specifications
- Distributing materials to technicians and engineers according to daily work requests
- Organizing and arranging the warehouse according to safety and accessibility standards
- Follow up inventory levels and prepare re-supply requests
- Recording the movement of materials in the system (ERP / Excel / warehouse management systems)
- Follow up on the stock of spare parts for maintenance and operation systems (HVAC, electricity, plumbing, pumps)
- Conduct periodic and monthly inventory and submit reports to management
- Ensure that materials are stored in a correct manner that maintains their safety and quality
- Coordination with suppliers and procurement affairs regarding supply and receipt
- Adherence to security and safety procedures inside the warehouse
Requirements:
Experience in warehouse and inventory management systems
Knowledge of spare parts for maintenance and operation
Proficiency in using computers and Excel programs
Ability to prepare inventory and inventory reports
