Project Management:
- Leading the project and supervising the implementation of engineering works (mechanical - electrical - civil)
- Preparing work plans and timetables and following up on compliance with them
- Managing the budget, controlling costs, and submitting periodic reports to senior management
- Coordination with government agencies, municipalities, and regulatory agencies according to project requirements
- Follow up on contracts and contractors and ensure compliance with the terms of the agreements
Maintenance and operation management:
- Supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of all systems and equipment
- Follow up the operation of building systems (HVAC, electricity, plumbing, firefighting, elevators, control systems)
- Develop annual maintenance plans, analyze faults and determine their root causes
- Monitoring the performance of technicians and engineers and distributing daily tasks
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards and civil defense requirements
Facility Management:
- Applying best practices in facilities management in accordance with international standards (IFMA / BOMA)
- Monitoring the quality of services provided within the site (cleanliness - security - hospitality - logistics services)
- Preparing KPI performance indicators and following up on their achievement
- Improving operating efficiency, reducing waste, and raising the level of customer satisfaction
- Supervising periodic inspections and risk assessments
Administrative and technical supervision:
- Leading a multidisciplinary team (mechanics - electricity - civil - operation)
- Training and developing the team and raising their technical efficiency
- Preparing technical and administrative reports and submitting them to senior management
- Review engineering plans and approve materials and technical specifications
- Follow up on the implementation of security and safety procedures within the project
Requirements:
5 to 10 years of experience in project management or maintenance and operation
Accredited certificates in facilities management
Proficiency in using engineering and project management programs (AutoCAD – MS Project – CAFM)
High leadership and analytical skills
