- Managing and implementing all human resources and personnel affairs work, following up on government platforms, ensuring the facility’s compliance with regulations and instructions, and following up on employees in all branches in order to achieve operational efficiency and stability of the work environment.
Tasks and responsibilities:
First: Human Resources Management:
• Preparing, renewing and terminating employment contracts
• Manage, save and update employee files
• Follow up on probation periods and evaluate new employees
• Preparing appointment, transfer, promotion and termination decisions
• Follow up on vacations, absences, delays, and permissions
• Preparing warnings and disciplinary procedures in accordance with approved regulations
• Preparing job definitions and official letters for employees
• Follow up on performance evaluation and submit recommendations to management
Second: Recruitment and attraction:
• Announcement of vacant positions
• Sorting resumes and conducting initial interviews
• Coordination with various departments to provide functional requirements
• Completing recruitment and appointment procedures
• Follow up on new employees during the trial period
Third: Managing government platforms:
• Managing and monitoring the Qiwa platform
• Managing and monitoring the Madad platform
• Managing and following up on social insurance
• Managing and monitoring the Muqeem platform
• Managing and monitoring the Tam platform
• Managing and following up Absher business
• Manage and follow my platform
• Managing and monitoring the Salama platform
• Managing and monitoring the Taqat platform
• Managing and following up on the Saudi Business Center
• Follow up on all government licenses and their renewals
• Follow up on compliance with relevant government regulations and instructions
Fourth: Expatriate employee affairs:
• Follow up on the issuance and renewal of residency permits
• Follow up on the transfer of services
• Follow up on visas and recruitment procedures
• Follow up on medical insurance for employees
• Follow up on exit, return and final exit procedures
• Coordination with relevant authorities regarding expatriate employees
Fifth: Follow-up of branches and employees:
• Conduct periodic tours and visits to all branches
• Follow up on employees’ commitment to attendance, departure, and working hours
• Follow up on the implementation of approved systems, policies and procedures
• Follow up on the level of functional discipline within the branches
• Follow up on the branches’ employee needs and make the necessary recommendations
• Addressing administrative and functional problems among employees
• Follow up on the implementation of administrative instructions issued by the administration
• Submitting periodic reports on employee performance and the level of commitment in the branches
Sixth: Attendance and departure:
• Managing the fingerprint, attendance and departure system
• Review attendance records on a daily basis
• Preparing reports of lateness, absence, and early departure
• Lifting job violations in accordance with approved policies
Seventh: Administrative reports:
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for management
• Preparing human resources statistics
• Preparing employment reports, resignations and terminations
• Preparing performance and job discipline reports
• Providing development proposals to improve the work environment
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
At least two years of practical experience in human resources
Practical experience in Saudi government platforms
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs
Willingness to move between branches of the facility according to work need
Ability to deal with government agencies and electronic platforms
Full-time dedication to work and not being associated with any other job or commercial activity that affects work performance
Reporting and data analysis skills
Ability to handle work pressure and field work
Leadership and management skills
