Job description:
Job duties:
- Communicating with customers and following up on their needs and inquiries
- Follow up on quotes, invoices and collections in coordination with management
- Monitoring the movement of delegates and ensuring that daily visits and tasks are carried out
- Preparing periodic reports on customers and operations
- Updating customer and business opportunity data in the systems used
- Coordinating meetings and administrative follow-up of tasks
- Contributing to improving customer experience and raising the level of service
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • High communication and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to organize and manage priorities
  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, or ERP systems is preferred
  • Saudi nationality
