- An eyewear saleswoman or seller is required to work at a leading optical showroom in Jeddah - Al-Hamra district
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Receiving and welcoming customers professionally and identifying their needs
• Answering telephone and customer inquiries
• Helping clients choose the right frames for their face shape and style
• Provide a comprehensive explanation of the features and types of lenses (prescription, sun, and contact lenses).
• Guiding and educating clients on how to wear and properly care for eyeglasses
• Arranging, cleaning, and coordinating the exhibition and showcases to ensure their attractive appearance
• Assist with sales operations: issuing invoices, receiving and delivering products, and managing returns
• Managing daily orders
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
University degree or equivalent
Intermediate level proficiency in English is preferred
No experience required
Excellent communication skills and high ability to persuade
Courteous and elegant professional appearance
Master customer service and problem solving skills
