- A customer service employee is required to work for a company specializing in selling sports equipment in Jeddah
Main tasks:
- Receive customer calls and respond to their inquiries in a professional manner
- Communicate with customers to confirm orders and clarify product details, prices, and delivery
- Follow up on customer orders from the moment the order is confirmed until delivery
- Preparing customer orders from the warehouse according to the invoice or approved order
- Ensure the safety of the products before shipping and that the order matches the required product
- Coordinating orders with the shipping company and following up on the status of shipments on a daily basis
- Informing customers of shipping details and expected delivery date
- Solve any problem related to delivery or delay in coordination with the shipping company and management
- Arranging products inside the warehouse and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Updating management with the status of orders, shipments, and daily notes
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or telephone sales
Proficiency in using WhatsApp and phone calls to follow up on orders
Punctuality and discipline at work
Accuracy in processing orders and matching products with invoices
The ability to arrange and organize the warehouse and maintain the safety of products
