- Entering financial data: accurately recording daily entries, purchases, sales, and expenses on the company’s accounting system.
- Bank reconciliations: reconciling bank accounts and reviewing account statements periodically to ensure their conformity with the books
- Invoice management: Review supplier and customer invoices, ensure their accuracy, and follow up on collections and payments
- Tax decisions: Assistance in preparing and processing basic tax returns (such as value-added tax (VAT)) in accordance with local regulations
- Archiving and organizing: Organizing and preserving files, financial documents, and invoices in a way that is easy to refer to when needed or during auditing
- Periodic Reports: Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports under the supervision of the Chief Accountant or Finance Director
Requirements:

Intermediate level of English (spoken and written) to handle basic systems and messages

معرفة جيدة بالمبادئ المحاسبية الأساسية والمعايير الدولية للتقرير المالي (IFRS)
Very good skills in using accounting programs (such as ERP Systems) and Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
