Tasks and responsibilities:
- Daily supervision of crusher operations
- Follow up on equipment performance and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Monitoring the quality of produced materials and production rates
- Distributing tasks to workers and operators and following up on their implementation
- Implementing occupational safety and health requirements at the work site
- Preparing daily reports on production and malfunctions
Requirements:
Experience in operating and managing crushers and quarries
Knowledge of crushing equipment such as buckets, conveyor belts and screens
Ability to manage work teams and solve operational problems
Familiarity with occupational safety procedures
