• Develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines, human and material resources, and costs
• Managing all field and technical teams associated with the project
• Follow up on the implementation of daily work and ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Monitor the budget and ensure optimal use of resources
• Continuous communication with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure works comply with requirements
• Preparing periodic reports for senior management on the progress of the project, problems and solutions taken
• Evaluate the performance of supervisors and teams and provide the necessary support and guidance
• Ensure the application of safety and quality standards in all stages of the project
