A cost accountant is required to work in the field of restaurants and cafes in Riyadh

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Cost analysis: Calculating and monitoring food and beverage costs with high accuracy
- Inventory control: matching actual quantities in warehouses with the system and preparing waste and damaged reports
- Reporting: Create periodic cost reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and analyze deviations between standard and actual costs
- Pricing and decision support: studying the cost of recipes and contributing to determining profit margins and optimal pricing for menus
- Systems Management: Working on restaurant management systems and approved enterprise resource planning (ERP) programs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
2 to 5 years of experience as a cost accountant
Professional experience in the food and beverage sector
Proficiency in using Excel, accounting programs, and restaurant systems (such as: Foodics, Odoo, Oracle)
