- Directly supervising the implementation work on site and ensuring that the work is carried out according to the approved plans and technical specifications while ensuring adherence to quality, schedule and safety requirements.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Supervising all executive works on site and ensuring their compliance with the approved plans and specifications
- Follow up on the progress of work and ensure adherence to the project schedule
- Coordination with the project manager, consultant, and subcontractors to resolve technical and implementation obstacles
- Monitoring the quality of the work carried out and ensuring that quality and safety standards are applied
- Review and approve the completed work and inventory the quantities executed
- Follow up on the site’s needs for labor, materials, and equipment
- Preparing periodic reports on work progress and submitting them to management
- Supervising and directing work teams to achieve project objectives efficiently
- Participate in technical meetings and follow up on the implementation of decisions and recommendations
- Performing any other tasks related to the nature of the work assigned by management or the project manager
